Palace Spice: Affordable Indian Dining on Lavender Hill

My fiancé and I had a lovely time there yesterday! The restaurant was nice and clean! Food was AMAZING, so fresh and full of flavours. I ordered garlic rice but it wasn’t on their menu but the chef kindly made it and it was delicious! Last but definitely not least I want to say thank you to Tarif, what a excellent customer service! He is so friendly and will make sure that you will have an awesome experience! I ordered coke zero but he said they only had diet coke on their menu but after few minutes he came back with coke zero! . ( please add coke zero and the garlic rice on your menu haha)

Delicious Indian food with incredible flavour! Every dish we had was full of taste and beautifully cooked. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself is clean, welcoming, and well looked after. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family – we’ll be back again soon!

This place should be full every night! Can’t get over the shapla and shatkora. All the sides were phenomenal too, which really shows you how good this place is. We had the restaurant to ourselves and the staff were so kind and attentive. Fabulous evening all round, 10/10, will be returning, and I’m not even a Londoner. I loved.

Staff here are really friendly. The food is good and prices are reasonable. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was very relaxed. There's plenty of choice for vegetarians.

We were served by Tarif who was really attentive and personable. The food arrived quickly and most importantly was delicious. Classic dishes from Bangladesh and more standard dishes you would expect to see. Would definitely recommend.

Best Indian restaurant I’ve ever been! Not only the food is absolutely amazing (especially if you like spicy food) but the service is unparalleled! They staff is passionate about what they do and put love and care in everything; from the food to serving the tables. I am a regular now

I came to this restaurant on last Saturday and it was really great value. We ordered the lamb passanda and one of the house specials. Both curries were flavourful and very tasty. I really enjoyed the peshwari naan- it was really soft with plenty of coconut-y filling. Also you get a free little shot of baileys at the end which is a really nice touch. I wasn't wowed by any of the dishes but for the value you can't really go wrong. We used the open table voucher for 50% off which was really great- without drinks our food came to less than £10 per head. The 50% deal is on for the foreseeable future, so don't miss out!

Palace spice is a decent Indian restaurant on lavender hill, but not the best in the clapham area. It was moderate prices and generally good food. If you use top table to reserve a table, they often have discounts. Worth a try!
